That's disappointing since I have had four licenses for Roboform Pro since early 2003! I at least would expect to get some response.Īnyway I have now disabled Roboform and instead am trying Sxipper for now. I wrote back a few times asking for more solutions/advice but they are now completely silent on this. I submitted a support ticket to Roboform and at first they told me that I had to make sure that in the RF options I had "Attach Roboform to browser even if adapter is not installed". No crash has occurred in the last week and a half that were not immediately preceded by this same RF toolbar behavior. I guess I am still not certain but since I have noticed that the crashes occur right after the Roboform toolbar starts acting weird. Sometimes newer versions of apps may not work with your. The crashes have been occurring for a few weeks but I didn't know what the cause was. Its not uncommon for the latest version of an app to cause problems when installed on older devices. Lately it has gotten much worse - after the toolbar starts acting like that, Firefox freezes momentarily and then crashes. It repeats this over and over, each time showing a different passcard - all are passcards in my RF database but not for any site that I have open. It goes into some kind of "recycle" mode where the toolbar reduces to the "Close" button on the left and then immediately reopens. I've used Roboform with Firefox from back in the FF beta days, but recently they are not playing well together at all.įor several weeks my Roboform toolbar has been acting strange.
